Extracting areas in an Image

Imagine that the image you are working with is a doughnut.

Once you outline the doughnut, you might notice that there is still the section with the hole in the middle that you might not want.

You can remove the part in the middle by using the outline tool around it, and then clicking 'Cut' as shown in the video below.

And there we have it! You can use this feature in a wide range of cases, after all, creativity has no limits!
